What do you like best?
I use Quickbooks and have to send out 1099NT which is not a capability in Quickbooks. 1099 forms must be scannable and I can purchase the printed forms and fill it out on PDFfiller. I can then print on the scannable forms and they are perfectly aligned. Saves time and money. Also, I like the fact that I can create a template so I don't have to re-type the same company information, tax numbers, etc. The product is easy to use.
What do you dislike?
I don't really dislike anything about PDFfiller. Other than maybe the fact that I probably don't use it enough to offset the cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use - I intended to use for a month and then cancel, but I ended up keeping it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I mostly use for 1099NT's as mentioned above. I really need to explore!

What do you like best? The tools are easy to find in PDF filler. What do you dislike? It is sometimes difficult to execute certain tasks when the pre-highlighted boxes appear. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have learned how to use it better, which has negated some of the issues. It is a helpful tool for a job that requires me to fill out many PDF documents.

If you establish a pattern by typing the full name in column C, Excel's Flash Fill feature will fill in the rest for you based on the pattern you provide. Enter the full name in cell C2, and press ENTER. Go to Data > Flash Fill, or press Ctrl+E.
If Flash Fill is turned on but doesn't start automatically when you type data that matches a pattern, you can try starting it manually by clicking Data > Flash Fill, or by pressing Ctrl+E.
Set the entire table as a cell block and then click Insert > Fill > Table AutoFill. The empty cells beginning from the third cell, are automatically filled with a sequence of numbers ranging from 3 to 25.
