In ways its harder to use, does not put signs in for you and does not calculate for you like the regular form.. but this is the only way I can save my form and make copies and edit it so this kind of saved me a ton of time!

It's pretty good, but I feel like it could be made better. I have to constantly click instead of just being able to tab to next area. Maybe I am overestimating coders and their abilities =P but thats my only issue.

A nice format that allows a professional presentation but the data input is still tedious and could be streamlined. All things considered, I'm satisfied with the product.

If your company handles PDF files on a regular day to day like mine this is a must-have. From removing or just moving pages to changing/adding the text. I use it daily and haven't found another product that compares. Even Adobe Acrobat doesn't compare.

User Friendly Site!
I was thrilled to find a site that would allow me to modify PDF files. Furthermore, being able to save and share the files, once I modified them was extremely helpful. Overall, I found the whole site to be very user friendly.

Taking good care of your teeth helps to ensure they will last a long time, but it isn't a guarantee. Fortunately, South Springs Dental Group does offer a 5-year warranty on fillings. If you need to replace your filling before 5 years have passed, we will refund you the full cost of the procedure.
How long are dental fillings guaranteed for?
Certain treatments (including lost items) are guaranteed for 12 months from the date they were completed. These are: fillings. Root fillings.
How long are tooth fillings supposed to last?
Gold fillings last the longest, anywhere from 15 to 30 years. Silver amalgam fillings can last from 10 to 15 years before they need to be replaced. Composite resin fillings don't last as long. You may need to replace them every five to seven years.
How often should fillings be replaced?
In fact, some can be just fine for 15 years or more. If you have an amalgam filling, you can expect that it might last about 12 years, while a composite filling will likely need to be replaced even sooner than that. Some fillings might even need to be replaced as soon as five years after they're set in place.
Is cavity filling permanent?
Over time, the enamel is weakened and destroyed, forming a cavity. A cavity is permanent damage that a dentist has to repair with a filling.
