On first blush,this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

In my line of work (payroll) it's a lot easier to be able to fill out some of the paperwork that I need to send to employees/managers and attach it via email instead of handwriting it and scan it to them.

A watermark is a faded background image that displays behind the text in a document. You can use them to indicate a document's state (confidential, draft, etc.), add a subtle company logo, or even for a bit of artistic flair.
A watermark is a logo, text, or pattern that is intentionally superimposed onto another image. Its purpose is to make it more difficult for the original image to be copied or used without permission. Pictured at right is an example of a watermark applied to a digital image.
A watermark is a graphic or word(s) displayed as the background to a written document. Typically, a watermark appears in a light gray, large font, so it can be easily seen by readers of the document, but not so dark that it makes the document difficult to read.
What is Watermark in MS Word. Watermark is simply that image or text that appears mainly behind the main document. For instance, watermark documents will normally display the status of the document like “confidential”, 'Draft” among others. Watermarks are normally used to prevent counterfeiting.
On the Design tab, select Watermark. In the Insert Watermark dialog, select Text and either type your own watermark text or select one, like DRAFT, from the list. Then, customize the watermark by setting the font, layout, size, colors, and orientation. Select OK.
Word provides 6 basic, pale-gray watermarks: Confidential, Do Not Copy, Draft, Sample, ASAP, and Urgent, in two orientations: horizontal and diagonal. These are adequate for most documents. To insert a preset watermark, select the Page Background group under the Design tab.
