Its OK
Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea
It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy.
I wish we can do more in the free trial. So I can dig in more. Make the mobile experience more easier

Excellent Customer Support
I received quick email responses from costumer support and very fair and kind help - I wasn't aware of my subscription status and was billed for a full year. Because I didn't need the full year subscription, I cancelled my subscription and emailed customer support right away to let them know. I requested a refund and it was kindly granted. Mind you, I emailed them as soon as I got my billing notification from PayPal and my bank account hadn't been charged yet - but they made sure to refund me before I was charged! Many thanks to the helpful customer support worker.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Your product is excellent and if you could scrap the 30 days free trial and create a subscription for 1 week or 2 weeks access for under 2pounds and also give referral bonuses, I think it would be profitable for you.

How do I hide form fields in PDF?
You hide the field, by opening its property dialog, go to the General tab, and then change “visible” to “hidden” in the field property dropdown. That should do it. If you want to be double sure, make the field read-only as well.
