I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. A representative contacted me right away and refunded my money before I could even ask. For that, I am truly appreciative and wish more companies would follow their example.

There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Essential software
Being able to fill in pdf's is great! It saves so many steps and looks more professional. Before I would have to print a form, fill it in by hand, scan it back into the computer and then send it on. Now I can fill in necessary information, neatly typed and send it on.
Once in awhile I have a hard time making it do what I want when I am trying to change a document.
