With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

Necessity for any business
I have to sign releases, NDA's and contracts on a daily basis for my clients. If it wasn't for this software I would be very stuck and not able to do my job without printing and faxing.
What I like most about this software is what it does. If you are in business than you must have this.
What I like least about this software is that they charge. I believe this should be a free download due to many forms and contracts being in a PDF format.

Overall I have had a flawless experience using this software.
The authentication and signature features are most important for my business and I use then frequently without any issues.

I find that using your program is easy to navigate and looks professional when completed.
I find that using your program is rather easy to navigate. The only issue that I have had is when I try to print a document, there have been quite a few times that it will download to 63% and then gets stuck there. I have to close the document and try again....sometimes several times until I can print it. Besides that, it has been great!
