Great product.
Good interface gives you all the options you need in one place. Clear and easy to understand. The only downside is remembering its a browser only interface, remembering the product name and having to navigate to the URL to begin. Not an issue for a daily user, but if you use only intermittently like I do, I have to make myself a reminder. To that end, I think its a little expensive for a casual user; but I do still like the interface so much that it overrides my concern on cost.

I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly
I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.

How to Fine-tune Highlight Format

First, open your document in pdfFiller and locate the Fine-tune Highlight Format feature. It’s located in the toolbar on the right-hand side of the page, under “Highlight.”

Once you’ve found the Fine-tune Highlight Format feature, select the text you want to highlight by dragging the cursor over it.

Next, click on the Fine-tune Highlight Format icon. This will open the Fine-tune Highlight Format pop-up window.

In the pop-up window, you can customize the color, opacity, and style of your highlight. You can experiment with different shades and styles to find the one that suits your needs.

Once you’re happy with your highlight, click “OK” to apply your changes.

If you want to make additional changes or remove the highlight altogether, simply click on the text again and repeat the process.

You can also use the Fine-tune Highlight Format tool to apply highlights to multiple lines of text at once. Simply hold down the Shift key and drag the cursor over the lines you want to highlight. Then, click on the Fine-tune Highlight Format icon to adjust the color, opacity, and style.

How do I highlight formatting in Word?
Select some text in your document that represents the formatting you want to change. It could be just one word. On the Home tab, click the Editing group button > Select > Select All Text With Similar Formatting. Apply a different style or change the formatting for the selected text.
