The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed. My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun. Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

I am so thankful for its many abilities. I am glad that I can skip the conversion to Microsoft Word first before I can fill the form or edit a document. It has saved a lot of time for me.

So far all worked really well, the only thing that could be still improved is to have the possibility to change the font size, when filling in a document

What do you like best?
I enjoy the ease of being able to upload a PDF file and edit the file online and add or delete content as necessary. I then download the completed PDF file to my documents.
What do you dislike?
I'm not sure this is a dislike but if I send a completed PDF document with a requested signature to a client the client Gets charged a fee.

Satisfied customer I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. What do you like best? That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner. What do you dislike? That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive. Title for your review: Excellent site for completing and sending important professional looking documents.

Well , I'm learning Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature ..
