We no longer had use for product as we are a small Not for Profit Organisation and they canceled our subscription that was automatically renewed and refunded the $'a that was charged. This happened without any issues and thanks to pdFiller for their understanding

Helpful for Digital Signature
Overall the PDF filler is amazing and free!
These days, a lot of people don't have printers and scanners. Also, a lot of us are working from home. This software makes it possible to sign documents without printing and scanning.
My least favorite thing is that you have to create an account to save your document. It would be nice to not have to provide my email to save the document.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

What do you like best?
I print and distribute numerous emails every week. As such, I have tried quite a bit of PDF software over the past several years, I have seen that pdfFiller does everything I need, every time, in an easy-to-use way. There is none better for the price.
What do you dislike?
At times, it is difficult to find a saved file from within Google Chrome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before making a selection, make sure to use evaluation versions. It's a shame to get saddled down with something and later discover that it's not right for you.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There is one peculiarity that I encounter every week. The first file that I modify is saved in the appropriate folder, and the browser shows me where to find it. For some peculiar reason, I have a hard time finding every file that I save after that. It could be an issue with the browser.

I was able to find any form that I needed to fill out. PdFiller was instrumental in helping me fill out additional tax forms needed to file my taxes. All the forms were there already! There's even away to have your documents sent/mailed to the intended party! I wish there was a way I could have a subscription for a much lower amount that's based on my usage. Right now the price point is decent for a person that uses it frequently like multiple times a day.

How do I complete exit counseling?
Select “Getting Loans” from the top navigation bar on the StudentLoans.gov home page and select “Counseling Demo.” Select “Exit Counseling” under “Choose Counseling Type.” You must log in to officially complete the counseling session (option 1 above).
How long do you have to complete exit counseling?
How long will it take? The entire counseling process must be completed in a single session. Most people complete counseling in 20-30 minutes.
What happens if I don't complete exit counseling?
You are violating a stipulation of taking out a federal loan by not completing your exit counseling, as federal law requires it. You will likely not understand all the terms and conditions of your loan. You will fail to get professional help with budgeting, repayment information, and information on accessing the HOLDS.

You must complete exit counseling each time you drop below half-time enrollment, graduate, or leave school and enter a repayment period.

Exit counseling provides important information to prepare you to repay your federal student loan(s).
