I've edited 4 documents with pdf filler which was fairly easy considering the editing I needed done was fairly simple. I'm a little disappointed that there is no on-demand training because I've only used some basic features & would like to learn alot more on all of the features that are available & how to use them

When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

This is a great product but I only needed it for a short while, (1 day) but forgot to cancel my free trial, contacted customer support and they arranged for a refund right away, so very helpful.

It can upload update and recreat documents in a very professional way acutallly i do use these in my work
Yes some editing buttons r felt missing i think sometime i had to go to microsoft office then copy past but the problem is i cant do that as theformatting is dufferent so i would prefer to but genuine more options in side the app

Great help, good program, but too expensive after the trial period. Also you have to contact the support to cancel the subscription, but that's reasonable since it's very active

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms.
Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!

hello this is Dave at titles search.com and AFX title one of the most common requests that we get is how to change the name on a real estate or property title the first thing to start out with is what name is the the uh property currently titled in and you don't want to go by chance you don't even want to go by uh a deed that you have in your hand you want to actually look at the current property title status off of a current title search to make sure you know what the property name is currently vested in if you start out with the wrong information you may transfer title from one name to another and find out that the original name wasn't correct to begin with so start by definitively understanding whose name the title is in first and then you're going to look to see are you adding a name subtracting a name changing a name to determine the best route to go for the execution of documentation if it's a family train transfer uh sometimes you can use a quick claim deed to add a name change a name or to put it in another family name uh is it a married name or is a person non-titled become married become divorced and it's the same person just a different name that may require additional documentation such as an authorization or even an Affidavit of name change uh is it a typo is there a current name on title that's spelled incorrectly or worded incorrectly maybe with a wrong middle initial that may require correction deed to change that information uh be very uh careful when using a quit claim deed to adjust the name on a property uh most properties if it has a mortgage it will also have a title insurance policy if you use a quit claim deed you may void the current coverage on that title insurance policy normally title insurance will cover the current owner of the property as long as they own that parcel for any types of title insurance claims you know ownership issues lean issues uh and the like and even boundary issues if you quit claim theed the property even to your own name with a typo or to a spouse name or adding a name in some cases that may trigger cancellation of that title insurance policy so be very careful when using a quit claim deed uh to make sure that you're not voiding an existing title policy if you have a mortgage on a property uh using any type of transfer to change a name or a name uh is also problematic because most mortgages have a du on sale Clause meaning that if the property is transferred that mortgage is due in full 100% as of that date you can no longer make payments you have to pay the mortgage off in full so if you quit claim de the property to yourself and another person or change the name technically that mortgage company may require that mortgage to be paid in full now will they normally enforce that initially maybe not but down the road if there's any question about the mortgage or any issues they can refer back to that uh mortgage due on sale clause and cause the mortgage to be paid in some cases mortgage companies...
