I am very happy with the service. It is easy to use and very versatile. It is, however, quite expensive for the annual plan. Even if I used this on a daily basis, I'd feel like50 a year is much more reasonable.

I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

it was easy to type and overwrite, but printing and saving some of the fill blanks were not coming up as what I typed... probably a computer bug issue...

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Great after-sales support!
I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point.
Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year.
I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat.
That answered within 20 seconds and immediately refunded my payment.

Twice a year I need to turn a pdf form into a fillable form. I don't need a subscription for such a minimal need. I wish there was truly a free way to do this without creating a trial subscription.
