It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.

I find that using your program is easy to navigate and looks professional when completed.
I find that using your program is rather easy to navigate. The only issue that I have had is when I try to print a document, there have been quite a few times that it will download to 63% and then gets stuck there. I have to close the document and try again....sometimes several times until I can print it. Besides that, it has been great!

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Sam also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the issue if I ever had it again and was friendly to communicate with, I am very pleased with the customer care, thank you Sam,

How do you change your nickname?
On your Android phone or tablet, touch and hold the Home button or say “OK Google.” In the bottom right, tap. In the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial. Settings. Tap You Basic info Nickname Edit. Make your changes. Tap OK.
How can I change my email nickname?
On your computer, open Gmail. In the top right, click Settings. Settings. Click the Accounts and Import or Accounts tab. Under “Send mail as,” click Edit info. Enter the name you want to show when you send messages. At the bottom, click Save changes.
How do I change my nickname in Gmail?
Open Gmail. Click the settings cog in the upper-right. Select Settings in the dropdown. Go to the “Accounts and Import” tab. There you will find the name that is currently being used. If not, click “edit info” and change it to whatever name you want in the popup window.
