I think it has all the features that other pdf signing software offers and it's well priced! I use it on a regular basis for all my pdf signing needs.

I think user interface can be improved but so far I've gotten used to it so it's not so bad.

PDFiller is awesome
Being able to edit a PDF online is great, and having to give a whopping 30-day free trial is awesome.
However, I think some things should be incorporated, like been able to move the typed words easily rather than having to cut and paste.

I had never made documents interactive before so I had no idea what I was doing. This was so easy to use. I really just needed it for a few documents so there was no reason to keep the subscription. If I needed it though I would not even hesitate to pay for it.

Excellent Product
Makes nonstop-filling-out-documents projects go by quickly. Rare online product that not only works as intended, but includes most of the features you wouldn't expect it to have. The interface and options are also shockingly seamless. It's easy to print, save, share, download, etc pretty much any document from any screen.

Can you get out of a fixed term lease?
Fixed-term: If you have a fixed-term tenancy, like a one-year lease, then you must give notice at least 60 days before the end of the lease. The termination date cannot be before the last day of the fixed term. If you don't give notice, the tenancy continues.

You can only end your fixed term tenancy early if your agreement says you can or by getting your landlord to agree to end your tenancy. If your agreement says you can end your fixed term tenancy early, this means you have a 'break clause'. Your tenancy agreement will tell you when the break clause can apply.

No, the lease is not null and void when a tenant dies. In long-term leases the estate is responsible for the length of the lease, but many landlords will let the estate break the lease agreement even though they're not required by law to do so.
