I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

As an online PDF editor, this service is perfect for me! Most of my PDF work is minor editing and signing PDF forms and documents. PDFfiller does everything I need and the fact that I can upload documents directly to the site is fantastic! The form creator isn't free, and you don't find this out until after you spend time creating your form. You have to subscribe in order to be able to download it. If you find it valuable, it's worth the price.

Once I figured out how to use the eraser feature, this software was immensely helpful. Occasionally, it did not print the lines on Schedules K-1, but eventually it did. I have now successfully downloaded a file from the IRS and merged it into the file I was working on with pdf Filler. I really like this software.
