I had to refile my last 4 years 1040 and all tax docs.
After going through the IRS web docs but unable to edit them I found all the docs on the PDFfiller website.

I found it really easy to use, but all of the boxes did not have specific instructions. I struggled with boxes 16-18. Through google, I discovered that I should leave them blank.

I have used PDF filler a couple of times and so far I love it! Just a little suggestion, maybe you can add/give the option to be able to change the size of the fonts without having to add a text box where there is already one to fill (does it make sense?). Thank you!

I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts

I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.

benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

Good experience but unfortunately, I don't need this product at the moment so I will not be renewing my subscription. If I decide to work on taxes in the coming year, I will subscribe.

I signed up with pdffiller. I needed to cancel my subscription and dealt with *** at the support team. Service was excellent, they gave quick attention to my issue and promptly cancelled my account with no hassle. Very impressive professional service. I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.
