So far so good!My first transaction on PDF filler. I would say that the passwords and pins are a little confusing for people. Also, brokers don't recognize PDF filler for authenticated signatures. They accept Docusign. I use PDF filler mostly for the ability to make my PDF files fillable and then I transfer them to Docusign. So I do find PDF filler VERY useful.

I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

The program did not function as I anticipated, but after I played around with it, I realized it was still a useful tool. I am a Licensed Counselor and this is a great tool used to communicate and transmit sensitive information online. I highly recommend to others!

Amazing Customer Service
While I was reviewing a couple of unauthorized charges on my PayPal account I noticed they were from PDF filler. Upon further investigation as to what PDF filler is, I realized that this was due to something a professor from a course I had taken last year had required the class to use to complete an assignment. He assured us that though we may need to put in our personal information, the service we were using would be "free". I did not realize that “free” was then turned into a renewable purchase fee. I contacted PDF filler to dispute the charges and explained what had happened. This company responded to my email with genuine kindness within a couple of hours to assist me with providing a refund upon receipt of a response providing verification information. I emailed them the information and again, within a couple of hours, I received a response that I had been refunded the fee. I appreciate how professional, considerate, and amazingly responsive this company has been- the whole process was quick and painless and I will certainly consider using PDF Filler in the future should I need such a service!!

How do you record a title?
When purchasing real property, you receive a written document known as “the deed”, which transfers title and ownership of the property to you as the purchaser. When you get the deed, you should record it with the county recorder in the county where the property is located. Getting Clear Title.
What does record title mean?
Record Title Law and Legal Definition. The term 'record title' is used to refer to a title shown on the public record. It refers to a title as it appears in the public records after a deed is properly recorded. The term “record title” clearly means a title officially of record.
How long do you have to record a title?
When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business. Even county offices sometimes fail to record deeds that were properly submitted.
What does the title They Will Mean?
A title gives the person the right to or ownership of a certain piece of real estate property. If there is anything on the title that needs to be cleared up before the new buyer takes possession, it can be done after this report is received. A title report is required in the home purchase transaction.
