tough start, but Sam saved the day!
SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! I will always ask for him in the future! perfect 10 for his effort and going out of his way to help really solve the issue and teach me how to handle it in the future!

Good for someone who isn't tech savy
While I'd like to think I am pretty good with a computer -- I am by no means the level of a graphic designer or anything like that. But I do a lot of work with pdfs that need to be tweaked a bit and this is easy to use!
The initial use can be a little daunting to someone who is new. But it's easy to figure out once you get a hang of it.

Not instinctive but the simple instructions helped me figure out what I needed to do to get the results I needed. Once I got that, it was easy as pie!

I think this is a very good software. It is easy to fill and sign a document or to create your own. I am having some trouble finding a document that I started and did not finish. And I would like to learn everything that it offers.

Can a sealed record be used against you?
When a criminal record is sealed, the crime is no longer available to the public. Although, if a criminal record is sealed, it is still available to law enforcement, prosecutors, and other agencies who can use it against you in sentencing if you commit a new crime.
Can a sealed record be seen on a background check?
Sealed records are technically still there, but they are no longer part of the public record and can only be accessed and reviewed by way of a formal court order. Expunged and sealed records can sometimes show up on criminal background checks.

Can Immigration see a sealed record?
The short answer is no for a sealed record, but likely yes for an expunged record. If you seal a criminal record, it does not erase it for immigration purposes. There are a few instances where DHS does not need a criminal conviction for a crime in order to argue that you should be deported because of it.
Who can see my sealed record?
Only public officials or individuals working in criminal justice will be able to access you run-expunged criminal record, and only on occasions where this information is relevant or necessary.
Can you get a government job with a sealed record?
Yes, you can work for the Federal Government if you have a criminal record and were formerly incarcerated. You may not be eligible for certain federal jobs because specific statutes or laws prohibit employment depending on the crime committed.
Can you get a government job with a felony on your record?
Yes, you can get a government job with a felony on your record. In general, you won't be automatically rejected just because you have a criminal history. The government considers all applicants with felony convictions on a case-by-case basis.
Can you get a federal job with an expungement?
Expunged Records Don't Disappear Expunging or sealing a criminal record allows you not to disclose your conviction to a potential employer or landlord. Although an expunged record allows you to honestly answer No when most employers ask if you have a criminal history, in some cases that record is still available.
