I like the improvements to the program & the variety of options. I would like to see the "circle" option with a little more flexibility - right now it is very thick & not practical. I also could not adjust the position of text boxes that were misaligned without deleting and recreating them.

It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. pdfFiller offers a good product with a fair price. If you use this product regularly, I think you will find it to be very well priced. They offer a free trial period and my experience with their support team was excellent. I recommend pdfFiller 100%.

I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. Very good experience and removed my frustration. Thank you.

The program works amazing wish it was easier to inport templates for medical billing documentation, but we made it work

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.
