i wasn't provided with the email address to send my address change (8822). Especially after adding my card information for the payment. Other than that, my experience was very fast and to the point. i loved that.

Easy to use for 1099 filings Use for 1099s and other tax filings. Used this product for 1099 filings.. simple and easy to use except for ability to make edits (address changes etc.) once filed. Once a 1099 is filed, program does not make it easy to go back and edit a document. Also, any updated filings are charged another filing fee, which seems excessive.

This program works great! This program works great, sometimes things are a little off once you download and certain documents are easily editable while others can be a pain in the butt. Overall I like it & I think it's great. I would definitely use it & recommend it.

What do you like best? I love that you can store your signature in the program. Also much more professional look over using a pen to fill forms. What do you dislike? The extra level of security when logging in slows you down a little. Its probably actually a good thing as your forms are stored in the system Recommendations to others considering the product: I have tried to figure out ways to fill pdfs without signing on to this system, it was a foolish waste of time. I am not the type of person that signs on to programs like this, I always felt like they were scams. I am so very happy with this program, I wish that I had signed up for this much sooner. I am not even using all of the features of this program and Its totally worth every cent! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The ability to modify documents specific to our needs. The Tools provided give me maximum ability to modify, add, remove and edit any document in any way that is needed. What do you dislike? I haven't encountered anything I dislike about this product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's helping us to create documents that are needed specific to our clients rather than generating generic and boilerplate documents that are not personalized to our clients.

Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.

What do you like best? PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed. What do you dislike? Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.
