At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. Awesome PDF Tool for a low price
It is a great tool that I would recommend to people who are not very tech savvy.
It is an easy to use tool with helpful features that can help any business that uses PDF documents on a frequent basis.
It makes you pay for many features that can actually be found using free software alternatives if you do some research.

Very user friendly!
It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. I only use it once a year - at tax time, but using this program to fill out tax forms is quick and easy.
I have not had any issues. I'm sure if a person uses it a lot there are bound to be some, but I use it once a year and it works fine for my uses.

I like the flexibility of this program
I like the flexibility of this program.
But there is a glitch when trying to edit some of the text lines. The original text area shrinks so small you cannot see it, I figured out that using the "T" text increase option helps fix the issue, it took me a bit to figure it out.

Took some getting used to the different text box features, but overall good. Worth the annual cost to be able to edit and print PDFs

Ive only completed 3 documents on this program so far but I love it. Font matches, text replacement is flawless, resizing is super easy, this is the first time out of all pdf editor programs that Ive ever used that I really enjoy and would recommend all day

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with the automatic renewal of my subscription smack in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I have already been in quarantine for the past 4 weeks and cannot use the services of PDFfiller.
I got in touch with the company and I immediately received a response from Anna who refunded the draft and cancelled my subscription.
