Accidental annual subscription
I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. I've had a good experience with pdfFiller but I'm still having difficulty navigating what exactly or how exactly to get blank forms that would help me in my current job, which is office manager for a plumbing company.

A good program (and nice people)
A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing.
After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.

How do you sign a contract via email?
You can sign a physical copy of the contracts and scan them into your computer to be sent via email. This can be done with an actual scanner, or an app on your phone that will scan docs turn them into PDFs and then email them out. This is still legally binding, assuming the contract is valid in the first place.
Is it legal to force someone to sign a contract?
If one party is threatened and forced to sign a contract, the agreement is considered void. According to a federal law, a contract signed under duress is not subjected to breach of contract laws. Blackmailing and threatening someone's life are situations that will make a contract invalid.
Can you be forced to sign a contract?
Find out if and how an employer can make you sign a new contract. An employment contract must be agreed upon by both parties, and any attempt to force an employee to enter into a new contract is unlawful. An employer cannot change the terms of an employment agreement without letting the affected employee know.
Can a judge force you to sign a document?
Is a judge allowed to force someone to sign a document or contract? The judge has no jurisdiction over it, so they might order you to sign it For the most part they don't have to, they can simply impose the terms of the contract upon you with a court order.
