I really like PDFfiller and it really easy to use. My only suggestion would be that you offer some way to delete or erase Fillable Names etc. that are saved if we choose. (i.e. Wrong spellings or no longer needed information.)

Used it for a few days. great features though was not the right product for me at this stage.ran into a payment issue, the customer service is extremely good and fixed the issue within 15 mins..awestruck!

Very useful app you can do stuff on phone and easily move on to desktop to continue what you're doing nothing special but it definetely isn't bad

Little Confusing
It was a little bit confusing as my computer skills have deteriorated due my age and also effects of a stroke. Otherwise I was able to manage to obtain what I needed.

So far my experience have been great. I think its very easy to use. I am very interested in your mold inspection report. I would like to know more about how to enter my logo and just how to navigate the report templet to meet my own needs

Useful for filling out applications.
Its been so useful for applications that I'd otherwise have to write by hand. I have arthritis and writing information in tiny spaces is painful and there's never enough room for the answer. This has solved this problem.

Who keeps the original copy of a contract?
Each party should get an original signed copy of the contract for their files. That means if there are two parties to the contract, two identical contracts must be signed. One original copy of the contract should go to you, and one original copy should go to the other party.
Is a copy of a contract legally binding?
The term “counterpart” is used in legal documents to describe a copy of a contract which is signed and is considered legally binding, in the same way as the original. In many cases, several copies of a contract document are prepared, so that all parties and signatories can have a copy of the contract.
Is a scanned copy of a contract legally binding?
Having a scanned signature(s) on a document is valid. This has to be the case in a world where we are more likely to work with someone geographically far, than local. To reiterate, having a scanned signature on a contract is perfectly acceptable under law. But acceptance isn't the issue.
Can a person refuse to provide a copy of a signed document?
Generally, a person has no obligation to provide a copy of a signed document to someone else merely because the other party has requested a copy. A court order might require that a certain signed document be produced to a court or to a litigant.
Do you have to provide a copy of a contract?
You are required to provide a copy of the contract in its fully executed form. The 3 days right to cancel will not begin until you have provided the copy of the contract. You can keep the original contract. Your subscriber/buyer gets the carbon copy.
Do I need to keep hard copies of contracts?
The general answer is YES. Most jurisdictions will permit photo copies, whether they be from a copy machine or fax. To have a document admitted into evidence you need to be able to establish that it is bona fide and that the party to be charged agreed to the document. Agreement can manifest itself in different ways.
Are copies of legal documents valid?
Are Fax Copies of Signed Documents Legally Enforceable and Acceptable? If the only reason for the creation of the document is for contract enforcement, then a faxed or emailed copy is acceptable. A contract or legal agreement containing a photocopied or faxed signature is deemed valid and enforceable in most states.
How many copies of a contract should be signed?
Copies: Each party needs its own copy of the agreement, with original signatures on it. Two copies with two signature pages should be prepared. Each party should sign both pages and then receive an original copy. Execution: Contracts aren't executed until both parties sign them.
