1. Go to Manage My Certificate > Certificate Management Center (CMC) > Access My Account and log in to your account with your digital certificate. 2. Select I would like to renew my account from the pull-down menu.

Click User Accounts and Family Settings. Click User Accounts. In the User Accounts window, click Manage your file encryption certificates in the left menu. The Encrypting File System wizard will launch. Make sure the Creation a new certificate radio button is selected.
