We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!

The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

Super!!
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. She helped me figure out my dilemma. Thank youMathieu

It is difficult to find the exact years…
It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.

Is there a limit to the number of pages in a PDF?
There is no real max. number of pages in a PDF file. There are very likely other system resources that get exhausted before you hit a limit in regard to pages. 4000 pages — even though it sounds big — is not a large PDF file.
How many pages is a PDF file?
Sample PDF file has 74 pages (749 KB total file size). Most of the file (91%) is taken by Content Streams (page text).

A 10 MB document converted to PDF through a word processing program will be approximately 400-500 pages. 2. Documents scanned to PDF are generally much larger than those converted through a word processor. If graphs or color photos are included, just a few pages can easily exceed the 10 MB limit.
