Simply put, PDFFILLER has made my life a whole lot 'simpler'. I am no longer buried up to my eyeballs in paperwork (just up to my knees now! ha!) Once I figured out how to use the eraser feature, this software was immensely helpful. Occasionally, it did not print the lines on Schedules K-1, but eventually it did. I have now successfully downloaded a file from the IRS and merged it into the file I was working on with pdf Filler. I really like this software.

I used this service once and had to…
I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.

I am happy with the software and it helps me to speed up my paperwork and save my time.
What I like most about PDFfiller is that it is very easy to fill out the form electronically. It fills out any blank space of the PDF form from the loaded document.
No negative review on this software. The software is so easy and simple to use and I use it at work when I need it.

I used the trial to fill out an application, but had no reason to subscribe further. The software is easy to use and very useful. I attempted to cancel auto-renewal but i got an email saying I was charged for a year subscription. After contacting customer service, the charge was cancelled within 5 minutes. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly they responded to my issues!
