It was really easy to fill out the forms and print them. Normally, I wouldn't spend money for this type of service, as I can just print the PDF document from the internet. This time, however, I just didn't want to have to write all the information. Also, if I wanted to make changes, I loved that I could change any field and not have to write over it (as I would have otherwise).

My printing is horrible. This allow me to fill out legal forms without having to do them over and over. I will say getting the cursor right where you needed it was difficult.

What do you like best?
PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box.

Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.

How do I write a letter to raise my rent?

What is the rent increase for 2020?
Since April 2016, social landlords, like Network Homes, have been required by the government to reduce rents by 1% each year. This will change on 1 April 2020, as from this date social landlords will be allowed to increase rents each year. As part of the change, we'll be allowed to increase rents by up to 2.7%.
How much can a landlord raise rent in California 2020?
As the law stands now, landlords can increase a tenant's rent by any amount at the end of a lease term as long as proper notification is given. Assembly Bill 1482, which goes into effect on the first of 2020, will cap rent increases throughout the state from 7% to 8% a year.
