Nice applications, sometimes doesn't move real smoothe from one blank to the next if you do not need to fill in for that one it seems to get stuck and has a lag, but over all, nice program.

Seems user friendly for the most part. It would be nice if the documents could be automatically opened in Drive without all of the signing in process each time

The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

I have extremely low expectations for…
I have extremely low expectations for customer service but I was surprised about how fast and helpful pdf filler was. My issue was resolved within minutes!

I large amount of relevant templates, especially the collection of tax and business documents.
After searching all over for a form builder, a template library, and a document signing tool, it was so satisfying to stumble across a site that can be all three, do it well, and even be affordable to use!

used a handful of other pdf programs, and while there have been a decent one here or there, most have been quite irresponsible, irresponsive, and irritable! pdfFiller is by far the most user-friendly, quick, and manageable one there is, notes this observer! am definitely glad i went for the platinum membership - has not only calmed my disdain towards pdfs, but i am actually having fun with them now! ^_^

How do you account for lease incentives?

How do you discount a lease?
Interest rate implicit in the lease IFRS 16 defines the rate implicit in the lease as the discount rate at which: the sum of the present value of the lease payments and guaranteed residual value equals to. The sum of the fair value of the underlying asset and any initial direct costs of the lessor.
How do you calculate weighted average discount on a lease?
To determine the weighted-average discount rate, a lessee will have to take all its lease contracts, discount rate and remaining discounted lease payments for each. It should then calculate the average discount rate by weighting each by remaining discounted lease payments.
