My only disappointment with PDFfiller was that I did not know it was a subscription based service since I clicked through a google link to a specific form. Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******!
