I was printing IRS form 1099-MISC and wish there was a way I could have copied all info from the first page to the subsequent pages, but there wasn't.

User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Now neither of the websites supports filling out any forms. I was extremely frustrated with this change. PDFfiller has made my life so much easier. Thank you

I can edit PDF documents easily
What I like most about PDFfiller is the ease of use. I appreciate the program design to edit PDF documents without scanning or printing. It looks great.

I had an occasion to need a form filler…
I had an occasion to need a form filler on a PDF. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I don’t need a PDF form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my PayPal account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a PDF form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.

The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information.

I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible.

How a lease payment is calculated?
Identify the number of the monthly payments on the lease. Then subtract the residual value from the net capitalized cost. Divide the resulting number by the number of payments. The result is the depreciation portion of the lease payment. For example, you lease a new car for three years.
How do you calculate lease payments in accounting?
Divide the value of the property that will be used (in this example, $4,500) by the number of monthly lease payments that will be made. In the case of a three-year lease you'll have 36 payments. The monthly payment (before interest) will be $125.
How do I calculate a lease payment in Excel?
Step 1: Create your table with headers. Step 2: Enter the correct numbers in the Period column. Step 3: Insert the PV function. Step 4: Enter the Rate, Per PMT and FM. Step 5: Sum the Present Value column.
How are capital lease payments calculated?
Convert the interest rate to a monthly interest rate by dividing the interest rate by 12. In the example, 5 percent divided by 12, or 0.05 / 12, equals 0.004167. Add 1 to the monthly interest rate, then raise the sum to the power of the number of payments the lease requires.
What is the lease payment on a $30000 car?
A $30,000 vehicle with a 65 percent residual would have a base monthly payment of $292 before taxes, interest and fees. Choosing the vehicle with the higher residual percentage would net a savings of more than $200 per month for a vehicle with the same selling price.
How do you calculate the finance charge on a car lease?
The money factor is applied to the sum of the net cap cost and the residual value of the car to find the monthly finance charge. Continuing with the example above, use the money factor 0.00333. Multiply this by the sum of the net cap cost and residual as follows: $40,000 × 0.00333 = $133.2.
How is interest on a lease calculated?
The formula is: Interest Rate = Money Factor x 2400 But neither the money factor nor your interest rate is likely to be present on your contract. You'll have to ask your dealer.
