Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. Thank you.

Changed my small business capabilities I am now able to manipulate documents and complete forms that I need to use on various government websites. This capability changes my small business and, as I bill for my services, gives my clients the absolutely best of what they pay me to accomplish! I can't see any downside to this software. There is nothing I have tried to accomplish that I have not been able to do with this software.

Document Saver Hello, I have had pdfFiller for six months' now, and I have never had a problem with them. All my documents come out lovely, just as I thought they would. To label an envelope correctly, start by writing the return address which is your addressing the upper left corner. Next, write the first and last name of the person you're sending the letter to in the center of the envelope. If you're sending the letter to a business, you can write the business name instead.
Start with your full name. Write your street address on the next line. If you need, it's okay to use two lines. Follow that line with the city, state and ZIP code of your address.
Use Sir or Madam if you do not know the recipient's name. Dear Sir, Dear Madam, or Dear Sir or Madam are all perfectly acceptable salutations for a formal letter. This is slightly more personal than a general salutation.
Format Your Letter In the upper left corner, write the date and the IRS address to which you are sending your correspondence. Create a subject line with Re: followed by your IRS notice number. You will see your IRS notice number in the upper right corner of the letter. Often, the notice number begins with CP or LP.
Return Address. Print or type your address in the upper left corner on the front of the envelope. Extra Services. Postage. Recipient Name. Name of Organization. Street Address. Apartment or Suite Number. City, State, and ZIP Code.
To address an envelope in care of someone else, write the name of the intended recipient on the front of the envelope. Below that, write C/O, which stands for “Care Of,” a colon, and then the name and mailing address of the person or company responsible for passing the letter on.
The symbol for “in care of” is “c/o.” It is used when mailing a letter or package to someone at the address of another person. It is also sometimes used to send the mail to someone at a business address.
When writing a letter, c/o simply means “in care of.” It is used when a person receiving a letter does not normally get mail at that address. People commonly use it to send mail to themselves at a different address than usual or to get in touch with someone they do not have an address for.
