Some of the text sizes seemed to change when editing, and the positioning of the text didn't always seem to be consistent with existing and added text

Not sure yet why the W2 would not send to IRS. the button was not lit up after I completed all of my information into the W2 forms. I doubt that I will be able to afford your product due to it billing annually. Also, the price is too high for my budget. -EPOC Bookings

What do you like best?
I like that the system is user friendly. It makes the paperwork process for our clients easier which helps us win and retain a lot of business.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to explore all functions this product offers! There is a ton of functions for the price you pay, take full advantage and improve your day to day work!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I genuinely love this program I genuinely love this program. I don't have to wait for anyone else to print things for me and then get backed up on my work. I can just create what I need and send it right then. Super simple and user friendly.

Takes a little getting used to, but not bad Fairly easy to use once you get used to the set up and lay out. I had used different software to begin with so it took some time to get used to. I like the fact that you can create or upload your document, fill it out, sign it and then send it off to be signed by another party all in one place. Took some getting used to as I had used different products in the past. Other than that, there really is nothing bad about this software.

The only complaint that I have is that… The only complaint that I have is that in the editing section it isn't user friendly. I liked the idea that I can modify a… I liked the idea that I can modify a document with ease, but the yearly rate for educators is too much. I probably would have continued if I was given a reasonable monthly option. I do have a few subscriptions that I keep on a monthly option. So, keep that on mind when you are working with teachers.

Training and Office Support is one area where you will find MOS certifications specified as a job requirement. Just because you use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or Access regularly doesn't mean that it's worth getting certified. It might be worth taking a course or two in using a Microsoft Office product.
Becoming certified as a Microsoft Certified Software Engineer is not cheap, so it is worth is often questioned. However, achieving the MUSE, like any other Microsoft Certification, is worth the cost.
Individuals can elect to earn certification in one or more Microsoft programs, such as Word, Excel or PowerPoint. Before taking the exam, individuals have the option of self-guided training or participating in formal computer courses and workshops. There are no degree requirements to take the MOS certification exams.
Microsoft has licensed Heliport to provide Excel certification. The two most recent tests (as of April 2019) are Excel 2016 and Excel 2016 Expert. Currently, there are two prices: $100 for a single shot at the test or $120 for a chance to take the test and then try again in case you don't pass.
Microsoft Office Specialist Excel certification candidates will demonstrate the fundamentals of creating and managing worksheets and workbooks, creating cells and ranges, creating tables, applying formulas and functions and creating charts and objects.
Once you pass all required exams, you become certified. While all the prep resources are free, each level costs around $160 to complete. This is the first certification program, and there are no prerequisites required. You master the basics of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
