The Product concept is very nice the use of tools are simple. Things that I don't like are is that you are required to select Continue in Browser when click the Hyper Link, this for me is an unwanted and in needed step. The App I wish would allow you to search your fillable files, without the Link/Code or QR code you cannot use it. Would be more willing to use the App if this was a feature.

it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

What do you like best? Ease of use and the editing tools available. What do you dislike? It would be great if the system would take me straight to the My Docs page at login. Factoring is a way for business owners to get capital without having to take out a small-business loan. There are two types of invoice factoring — recourse and non-recourse factoring — which differ in several ways, including typical fees, qualification requirements and which party is responsible for nonpayment.
Definition: Factoring is a type of finance in which a business would sell its accounts receivable (invoices) to a third party to meet its short-term liquidity needs. Under the transaction between both parties, the factor would pay the amount due on the invoices minus its commission or fees.
Invoice factoring is a form of alternative financing that involves selling your outstanding invoices to a third party (factoring company) in exchange for cash up front. Because it's a sale, not a loan, it doesn't impact your credit like traditional bank financing.
A factoring contract is an agreement where a small business sells outstanding invoices to third parties — known as factors — in exchange for upfront cash. When these invoices, or accounts receivable, are paid by clients, the money will go to the factor, rather than the small business itself.
To accurately record the factoring transaction, the business should: Record the amount sold as a credit in accounts receivable. Record the cash received as a debit in the cash account. Record the paid factoring fee as a debit loss. Record the amount the factoring company retained in the debit-due account.
Examples of invoice financing 10,000 invoice of Rs. 10,000 to its customer with a 60 days credit period. Here, the invoice amount is blocked for the supplier for 60 days which slows the cash flow. So, the supplier can get into an agreement with the invoice financing company to raise funds.
Here's a super simple example. You've just sent your client Greg an invoice for $2,000, payable in 60 days. Problem is, you need cash ASAP to buy a new leaf blower. So you factor Greg's invoice. The factoring company gives you $2,000, minus a few percent to cover their rates.
Average factoring and invoice financing rates vary somewhere between 1 and 6 percent. The main factoring fee is called the transaction fee or discount rate. This is the amount of money that the factoring company withholds from the invoice total as their payment for advancing cash and waiting to get paid for you.
