Happy Customer I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service.
