How easy I can manage PDF documents (fill, convert to an Office document, and signatures). I'm very glad!!

I work in a Legal Department and we review a lot of contracts on a daily basis. Most of the documents came in on PDF format, so using PDF filler to convert the file to an MS Office is easy.

Great Program but..... There are too many software programs out there that do this when they should be very clear from the get go. Great functionality. It had everything I needed for pdf editing. It took no time at all for me to do what I wanted to the document I was revising. Everything was great as far as features and ease of us BUT I do not appreciate or like that it said it was FREE to try and then after making all my changes and going to download it then came up that I needed to give my credit card information in order to get my document. After I declined I was bombarded by emails. I won't go back to it ever.

I used this service once and had to… I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

It was amazing and very user-friendly! I love that pdffiller makes it so easy to fill out a form and sign a signature. Better than filling a form in Adobe Acrobat because you have to figure it out yourself.

Excellent customer service. Keep it up. Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.

PENALTY AMOUNT The penalties for domestic corporations and LLC's are $250. If you fail to file the Statement of Information within 150 days after the original deadline the Secretary of State may suspend your business.
Limited liability companies must file a complete Statement of Information (Form LLC-12) within the first 90 days of filing the Articles of Organization or Application to Register, after which a Statement of Information is due every two years (every odd year or every even year based on year of initial registration).
A Statement of Information is filed to divulge your company's activities over the prior year. This information is often most important to shareholders or other parties that have an interest in your company.
Statement of Information: Form SI-550 must be used when filing the FIRST Statement of Information (due within 90 days after registration with the California Secretary of State) and when ANY information has changed since the last complete Statement of Information was filed.
In California, the annual filing (Statement of Information) is not due on a specific date. Rather, it must be filed every two-years during a six-monthfiling window, which is based on the month the LLC was formed. If the LLC was formed in an even year, the form is due every even year.
