It has been a little difficult at times but I am computer illiterate so if I can do it or manage to figure it out I think it’s safe to say anyone’s name. What do you like best?
I have a Google Chrome Book and work with a lot of documents that don't format correctly in Google Docs. This was the perfect solution for me to be able to work with all my documents and not have to buy a new computer!

My Favorite PDF Signing Software
I've been using PdfFiller for many years and I've gotten used to the interface and so to me, it's pretty easy to use, but I've dabbled with other online document signing software and I admit those are pretty easy to use.
Some of its competitors seems to have pretty user friendly interfaces.

PDF Filler is a must for me!
I love it! As a small business owner who strives to maintain a professional business image (website, business cards, etc.) , PDFfiller does just that for the proposals I create for my customers ... both future, and repeat. I know for a fact my customers appreciate the quality and professionalism of the proposals they receive from me - they've told me so! Thanks PDFfiller!
I love the ability to quickly, and easily, create/copy professional proposals for my customers. I then save each file as a PDF (with my logo embedded at the top left of each document), and attach via e-mail for completing my estimation process with each customer.
The only thing I've discovered is with the particular template I use for my particular proposals - my template has an area that indicates "Page 1 of _" ... well, there are no additional pages that are affiliated with my template, so I end up either having to re-edit to ensure my entire proposal fits into "Page 1", or I have to continue additional pages outside of PDFfiller.

I may a few times a year need to use…
I may a few times a year need to use editing or signature for pdf document. I was able to use edit to blackout simply by using quick guide under "Blackout'. Very simple and easy to adjust for use.

Great for filling out a pdf loan application that came to me as a pdf of a photocopy of a document that was appreciably rotated and distorted. Highly recommended.

Could NOT figure out how to sign a PDF…
Could NOT figure out how to sign a PDF in Adobe Acrobat to change my address with the IRS. Did it painlessly in PDF Filler. Thank you!

How are deeds indexed?
Deed record Indexing is the process of capturing metadata contained in your deeds. While deed records contain the same metadata fields (granter, grantee, section, township, range, etc.), each county has their own indexing standards, or metadata that they capture.
What is a tract book indexing system?
A tract index is a document which summarizes real property transactions in certain U.S. states and may be available in the offices of Recorder of deeds.
How do I look up a deed of trust?

What is the purpose of indexing?
Indexing is a way to optimize the performance of a database by minimizing the number of disk accesses required when a query is processed. It is a data structure technique which is used to quickly locate and access the data in a database. Indexes are created using a few database columns.
What is a tract search?
Legal Description: The Tract Index Search is based upon searches of the public records. Recorded documents which do not contain a legal description or a permanent index number, including deeds or mortgages, are not posted to the public records and will not be disclosed by this search.
How do you use Granter Grantee Index?
1) Grantor-Grantee Index: This type of index maintains a list of property transactions by the names of the parties to the transactions in alphabetical order. The index will be divided into the granter section and the grantee section. The granter section will list all granters in alphabetical order.
How are deeds recorded?
Generally, a real estate deed is recorded in the county where the property is located. In most counties, the recorder, clerk, or register of deeds is responsible for maintaining land records. To be recorded, the document must meet both statutory and local requirements.

A deed of trust provides a lien in collateral as security for a promissory note on a mortgage loan. Because of legal filing requirements relating to the deed of trust, the deed of trust is a public document that anyone can get a copy of.

How long do you have to record a deed?
This is called recording your deed. When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business.
