It is intuitive, easy to use, provides adequate help for new users requiring guidance, and provides flexible outlets for PDF use. On the down side, I do not require a secure connection for my PDF work, and the lag in loading and saving my changes & files is distracting and unpleasant.

Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

I am cancelling my subscription to PDFfiller. My husband and I got the covid virus and we cannot continue to pay for the subscription. Other than that, I absolutely loved the access to PDFfilller.

What do you like best?
I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great!

It's a fast, easy way to be able to send documents for our customers to sign without having to sign in person.
We have also been able to streamline some of our processes better by using PDF Filler to create documents.

It met what I needed but there is a problem with text fonts. In my case I needed a specific font and I couldn't find it, it would be interesting if it were possible to include a new font.

How do you calculate wage index?
In computing the wage index, we derive an average hourly wage for each labor market area (total wage costs divided by total hours for all hospitals in the geographic area) and a national average hourly wage (total wage costs divided by total hours for all hospitals in the nation).
Which is the correct formula for wage index adjustment?
When an index is equal to or greater than 1, it is adjusted 69.7 percent for area wages. An index that is less than 1 (more) The wage index adjustment is currently computed as the average hourly wage (AHW) paid by all IPS hospitals in each labor market area divided by the AHW for all IPS hospitals nationwide.
What is the wage index for Medicare?
A labor market area's wage index value is the ratio of the area's average hourly wage to the national average hourly wage. The wage index adjustment factor is applied only to the labor portion of the standardized amount in the cal- curation of the hospital's Medicare payment.
How is DRG determined?
An MS-DRG is determined by the principal diagnosis, the principal procedure, if any, and certain secondary diagnoses identified by CMS as comorbidities and complications (CCs) and major comorbidities and complications (CCS). Every year, CMS assigns a relative weight to every DRG.
How is the payment rate determined under the IPS?
Under the IPS, each case is categorized into a diagnosis-related group (DRG). Each DRG has a payment weight assigned to it, based on the average resources used to treat Medicare patients in that DRG. This base payment rate is multiplied by the DRG relative weight.
