2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

I love the template feature. Working for multiple physicians practices and several providers, it's so nice to be able change the provider name so easily and even organize my documents into folders that I can access no matter where I am!

I apparently didn't understand the subscription options either, like other reviewers. But after seeing unexpected charges on my CC statement I contacted them and they immediately reversed the charges. Efficient, professional, no problem. I think the subscription charges/contracts could be clearer, but on the other hand I was moving pretty fast so maybe it was my error solely. Anyway, no harm no foul. The product itself worked fine. I have no comparison so all I can say is it functions and got my job done.

How do I register my Cisco license?
To obtain activation keys for former Iron Port software licenses, use your Cisco.com account to sign in to the Cisco Product License Registration website at www.cisco.com/go/license. If you do not already have a Cisco.com account, register for an account at www.tools.cisco.com/RPF/register/register.do.
