Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I really like it. I have not read all of the instructions, but have used it on several forms. Would like to know how to print a form, without all of the background being printed. I mean, I upload a form. Fill it in and then try to print to the form that I have. It prints everything, when I just want to print what I filled in. For instance, had a problem with my QuickBooks. Wanted to print a check, quickly. Thought I will just upload a check, fill it in and print in on my check. It wanted to print everything. Of course, the bank will not take that, because if it just isn't quite right, it can look altered. Is there a way to do it? Of course, as you know everyone just wants to start working and not read the instructions. Thank you

I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and my request was granted speedily. The customer support is absolutely wonderful.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.
