Good utility but service was even better
I used this a couple of times. It was good, but other than that specific task I had no use of it, I let the trial run out and a week after I was charged and they were gracious enough to give me a refund and cancel the subscription with no fuss. Greatly appreciated.

I needed to make editable changes to a document in a short window of time. PDF Filler did the job!
User-friendly and it saved the first draft so I had time to purchase a trial run of the software in order to save the final version on my PC.
I wish that I could've been able to log in and get right to my previously saved work faster. The intro screen and the print screen were rather busy.

I like that I don not have to decide…
I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.

Who is required to get NODE permit?
Who needs to get permit coverage? In general, the NODES stormwater program requires permits for discharges from construction activities that disturb one or more acres, and discharges from smaller sites that are part of a larger common plan of development or sale.
How do you get a NODE permit?
An Operator must submit a permit application to apply for coverage under a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NODES) individual permit. The application form must be submitted to the permitting authority at least180 days before the expected commencement of the discharge.
What is a Nodes permit?
As authorized by the Clean Water Act (CWA), the NODES Permit Program controls water pollution by regulating point sources that discharge pollutants into waters of the United States. Point sources are discrete conveyances such as pipes or man-made ditches.
What is a Nodes permit and how does it work?
An NODES permit is typically a license for a facility to discharge a specified amount of a pollutant into a receiving water under certain conditions. Permits may also authorize facilities to process, incinerate, landfill, or beneficially use sewage sludge.
Do I need a wastewater permit?
Wastewater generators must obtain a permit to discharge their wastewater. Some wastewater discharges are exempt from federal NODES requirements, but California law may still apply. Under California law, we require waste discharge requirements (Wars) for some discharges in addition to those subject to NODES permits.
What is a ms4 permit?
MS4 permits authorize cities, counties, or other governmental entities to discharge storm- water collected by their storm sewer systems to waters of the United States.
What does ms4 stand for?
MS4 is short for, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System, where the word Municipal refers to a unit of local government like a borough or a township, but may also refer to an organization responsible for the administration of a developed area.
What is the ms4 program?
Municipal Stormwater Program. U.S. EPA defines an MS4 as a conveyance or system of conveyances (including roads with drainage systems, municipal streets, catch basins, curbs, gutters, ditches, man-made channels, or storm drains) owned or operated by a State (40 CFR 122.26(b)(8)).
