So far so good!My first transaction on PDF filler. I would say that the passwords and pins are a little confusing for people. Also, brokers don't recognize PDF filler for authenticated signatures. They accept Docusign. I use PDF filler mostly for the ability to make my PDF files fillable and then I transfer them to Docusign. So I do find PDF filler VERY useful.

Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. very difficult to use -and the system does not total the # on each page like turbo tax does -not user friendly -hard to go back to add forms -that you did not originally prepare

Well! I got the 114.00 per yr it did not tell me that I had to have the 184.00a yr program! Made me upgrade to be able to use it. It's a good program if you use it everyday I'm a small business owner so I only use it when I need it,
