Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

Easy to use and has multi functions that otherwise you would need to purchase separately elsewhere.
I gained TIME, thus I was on time with my tasks, and met deadlines.
Very easy to read, highlight, insert comments (etc), insert and replace figures in pdf documents. It has saved me TIME! I love that it offers features that make manipulation of multiple files easy and fast. I also like the electronic signature option so documents look very professional.

I was happy with the subscription but at this time I can’t afford it.
I'm happy with the subscription and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good subscription that did the basics, and the site recommended one that checked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to decline from the offer because it was to expensive annually, rather than it being monthly.

Wonderful and fast support team!
I was in need of this service and it worked seamlessly and has a lot of options during the free trial that I had access to. I was not in need of the 1-year subscription that I was charged for. I reached out to their support team when I saw the charge come through and they canceled my subscription as well as fully reversed the charge with no hassle at all. This is a very useful service for those who need to edit pdfs frequently! Anna from their support team did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with.

It's great
It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.
