It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Many IRS and government forms require some PDF filler, Adobe Acrobat does not do the job PDF filler can. To be able to access my docs from anywhere is amazing. I had know problem using it.
It is design for people who aren't that familiar with different programs.
Easy to use, self explanatory . Even my wife who rarely uses computer was able to use it.She was surprised her self that she able to use it without much help.

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

How do you count days in a contract?
To calculate the last day for performance when this is the case, start with the first day after the beginning day and count the number of days specified to reach the last day for performance. Basically, when the language says “within,” count the effective date of the contract as Day Zero and go from there.

How do you calculate contract days?
Here are the basic rules for counting days (CC §10): The first day is excluded. The last day is generally included. If the last day is a holiday, it is excluded and the act may be performed on the next day.
Does the 10-day inspection period include weekends?
The general rule to remember is that contingency periods determined by counting days will never end on a weekend or holiday. As a result, buyer's inspection contingency expires the following business day at 9 pm. The ten-day inspection period does not terminate on the tenth day because the tenth day is a Saturday.
