It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.

The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed. My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun. Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

It think it can be very useful once I get the hang of it. Disappointed that for a yearly subscription of $72.00 you don't get access to the erase feature. This feature is even free online. Do consider and include it.

As a new small business operator, this software has helped me with so many tasks without having to leave work. The only draw back is that many times, recipients can't open sent pdf files and another route has to be taken.

Edit and create PDFs easily If you work daily with PDF documents, this is a must for you It has a lot of PDF Tools in one on the cheapest plan Maybe they can unify the first and mid tier plans. They don't add a lot to the mid tier plan to increase the price. It just don't worth it

This is the only and best website I use for all my PDF files needs. The only thing that could be better is the cost of the monthly rate. I'm on a government check and it's almost too expensive for me at this time. I hope that I can somehow afford to keep using this wonderful service, thank you so much!

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

From the Reports menu, choose Employees & Payroll > More Payroll Reports in Excel > Certified Payroll Report. 2. Follow the on-screen instructions to create the report. As you follow the instructions, the Certified Payroll Report Interview window will open to gather additional information.
A payroll submission becomes certified when the contractor or business owner signs the statement of compliance, which is included in the WH-347 form. The Department of Labor also offers instructions for completing the certified payroll form.
Just as certified payroll reports have roots in the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, so do prevailing wages. Overall, a prevailing wage rate is the sum of several measures. These include the basic hourly rate of pay, benefits one might normally expect in the position, and expected overtime.
Go to the Reports menu. Choose Employees & Payroll. Go to More Payroll Reports in Excel, then choose New! Certified Payroll Report. Follow the on-screen instructions to create the report.
A report is certified when it has a signed statement of compliance indicating the payroll forms are correct and complete, and each employee has been paid no less than the proper Davis-Bacon prevailing wage for the work performed.
The State of California passed legislation in 2014 providing public access to certified payroll records for construction projects funded by the state. Through a searchable database, the public may view and print certified payrolls with employee names, addresses and social security numbers redacted.
What is certified payroll reporting? Davis Bacon requires contractors who win a bid on a federally-funded construction contract over $2,000 to pay their laborers the local prevailing wage and fringe benefits for their work, and to complete a certified payroll report for those employees.
