Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

Excellent programme
Excellent programme, does exactly what you need it to. I'm very satisfied with it.The only reason I didn't rank it 5 stars, was because it is slightly slow to use, in that there are a lot of buttons and windows.It could be made to be more intuitive, and more straightforward.But nevertheless, it does do what I need! So no complaints.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

How do I insert a table in a Google Doc?
Go to Insert > Table. Click on the little arrow beside the Table to choose the size of the table by selecting the appropriate number of squares. Insert the table with the desired number of columns and rows.
How can you insert a table using quick table option?
To create a Quick Table, click Insert tab > Tables group > Table > Quick Tables > Save Selection to Quick Tables Gallery. The default location is the Building Blocks. dotx template, but you can choose some other template, such as Normal.
Why won't Docs let me make a table?
The table option under the Format menu will be grayed out until you actually insert your table. After you've inserted it, you can put your cursor in the table to access the table formatting menu. To add a table to a document, go to Insert > Table and select the number of rows and columns you need.
