How do I install a TX tag?

Clean. Clean and dry the inside of your windshield. Position. Your Total goes on the inside of your windshield behind the rearview mirror. Stick. Peel off the clear backing on the gray side and stick the gray side to the inside of the windshield.

Can Total be used for EZ tag?

Yes. All Harris County operated toll road lanes designated with an EZ TAG-ONLY sign will also accept your Total or ETTA Tolling for payment, provided your account is in good standing and the vehicle's license plate is registered with your tag. For questions about your Total account, please visit www.txtag.org.

Can Total be used on Sam Houston Tollway?

Yes, you can use Total in the EZ Tag lanes. In fact, I used to have EZ Tag but switched to Total last year since I can use it in Houston and Austin. From memory, I can't remember the exact toll lanes, but I am positive I have seen the Total signs on the Sam Houston Tollway and West Park Tollway.

Which is better Total or EZ TAG?

Total is tag issued by Texas Department of Transportation (Dot) that allows users to zip through the toll lanes. Here is detailed information on Total. EZ TAG is a tag used by tolling agencies Houston, Texas that allows motorists to pay tolls without stopping at toll booths.

Where can I use my Total?

The Total is compatible with all toll roads in Texas. Total may also be used on Kansas toll roads, as part of the Central U.S. Interoperability agreements between Texas and Kansas. As of May 2019, Total is compatible with Oklahoma toll roads, or Likeness.

What toll tag works for all of Texas?

Get a Total Plus, Total works on all toll roads in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. When you set up your account with AutoPay and link your account to a credit or debit card, you won't be charged for your Total sticker.

Where do you put the Total on a motorcycle?
