trying to find the right form that was not already filled out. Also you need to add the ability to erase to the lowest membership level. You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. In the past 3 years I've used this service only twice now as I am not a business.

Simply put, PDFFILLER has made my life a whole lot 'simpler'. I am no longer buried up to my eyeballs in paperwork (just up to my knees now! ha!) Since i began using PDFfiller, my desk is now, finally, Organized! Before PDFfiller - you couldnt even see the glass top on my computer desk., but now, since using PDFfiller, you can actually see every square inch of my desk! there isnt a single piece of paper 'waiting to be scanned', or filled out, so on and so forth. What do you like best?
I can take forms from online and my computer and can easily and neatly fill them in. I also love the form creation feature.

Learning to create forms is much harder than expected.

What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.

This is a quick out of the box product, overall very intuitive and easy to use.

What do you like best?
PDF filler is very user-friendly. My favorite features are that it saves your docs. This makes it easy to keep editing docs that you use over and over. Also, when you use the erase feature, it keeps the eraser on the same line, which I could never do on my own! At the end, you can download the whole doc, or individual pages, this feature really helps and saves time on splitting the document with other programs.
What do you dislike?
Once docs are ready, the loading time to save can sometimes feel slow. Also, uploading the docs can sometimes feel slow. This is not a deal breaker, but perhaps something that can be worked on. I think there should also be a feature where you can upload docs one after the other for the same session, and it will merge the docs (or ask if you want to) and edit them together. It seems right now we have to edit each separate if they are not already joined, save them, and then go to another program to merge.

Have an option to merge docs, make speeds quicker.

When I get contracts, most of the time they are not complete to be approved. This allows me to add extra details and even sign the docs. I like the stamp it adds to show when the signature was made.

Best one around I often have to sign documents or convert docs from one form to another. PDFfiller is reliable & trustworthy not to mention simple to use. I keep it on my bookmark bar! I have used various online PDF services for my business and find PDFfiller the most intuitive & easy to use. There are none really. It takes about 5 minutes to understand how it works.

Fill in the Blank Love what this has done for making my job so much easier at a very reasonable rate. For my business this was and is the best tool I have for putting together insurance reports. Build or scan in a template and fill in the blanks when you need to send a report out. BAHM! DONE! Probably something I have not spent enough time to figure out yet but as of now each time I fill in a blank template it auto saves it so my original always has to be cleared before new entry.

Construction contracts generally give the contract administrator the power to issue instructions to the contractor. These instructions can be called 'contract administrator's instructions' or 'architect's instructions' (AI's). To remedy workmanship, goods or materials which are not in accordance with the contract.
Under this clause the Contractor has very limited reasons for refusing an instruction. You need to also remember that the A / CA can recover from the Contractor any additional costs to the Employer if you do not comply with an instruction within 7 days after the A / CA has notified that you are required to comply.
Unless the contract provides for variations, you are not obliged to carry out any variations! Your contract will set out your scope of work which you have undertaken to complete for a set price.
Characterize the nature of your entitlement. The first step is to identify whether the change in scope is in fact a 'variation' within the meaning of the contract. Check the contract. Notify the client. Wait for a direction to proceed before starting work. Perform the work and claim payment (and an NOT if needed)
It is clear that instructions requiring variations to the Works cannot be issued after Practical Completion, because Practical Completion is when the Works are complete save for minor things still to be done or defects. The issue of an instruction requiring substantial changes would be inconsistent with that.
Contract administration is the management of a contract upon execution and once work begins. Administration of a contract may be simply confirming services are performed or receiving, inspecting and accepting goods and paying the invoice.
The purpose of contract administration is to ensure that the contractor performs in accordance with all the terms and conditions of the contractual agreement. Although they are separate and distinct functions, each of these positions play an integral and vital role in the total scope of contract administration.
