My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. I am a slow learner...give me more time.I am 68 and not internet literate. It's better for me to fill out Government Forms through PDF Filler than in my own handwriting. It look very professional and understandable. It's like I got a Secretary. I would like to learn more about faxing and emails.

I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

I like it but I still don't get the refined product I am using plus in the ad, it said "$6/month" when they charged me it was $20. How come?

App doesnt work the same as using it on a computer. On the computer is easy and simple. Ive tried the app and seems to cant work it like on the computer such as tap on it erase or add , high light , or erase. Im using apple iphone Thank you

The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

Everything was very easy to follow and to make a great health record form out of one that you had!! I will never go back to writing each one out by hand!! Plus, it looks so much more professional!!
