How to Integrate PDF Form

With pdfFiller you can easily turn your PDF documents into fillable forms and share them with your colleagues and customers to collect essential data. Create and customize a fillable document according to your needs. You can share fillable documents by hosting a link, HTML code, QR code or by sending it directly to a recipient using the LinkToFill feature. Any person who has access to the link can fill out the document on any device. Integrate a PDF form with your website, so recipients can submit your fillable form after they’ve completed it. To get started, upload the document to your Defiler account and open it. The document will be automatically opened in the pdfFiller editor. Edit the document according to your needs and add smart fillable fields. Click Done and select LinkToFill from the drop-down menu.

The LinkToFill feature allows you to set security options by setting a password. To securely integrate a PDF to a website, enable HIPPO compliance, Document ID and set the date for public access to your document to expire.

Require additional information from the recipient of the document such as name and email address. Select whether to authenticate the user via SMS, social media account or by photo. You can also request additional documents for verification.

The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed. My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun. Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

Step 1: Load the PDF File. Open your pre-existing PDF form in PDF element, or you can choose to open an existing form template. Step 2: Recognize Form Fields Automatically. Step 3: Fill and Save the Form.
If you are not in the form editing mode, choose Tools > Prepare Form. Select two or more form fields that you want to align. Click appropriate option in the right-hand pane. You can also right-click the field to which you want to align the other fields.
Open Foxit PDF Editor: Launch the application. Combine Files: ○ Go to 'File' in the top left corner. ○ Select 'Create' and then choose 'Combine Files'.
Merge PDFs with Preview on a Mac. Open PDF in Preview. This is the default viewer for iOS. Enable Thumbnails sidebar. Indicate where to insert a secondary PDF file. Insert file to merge. Save the merged document.
How to combine PDF files Click the Select a file button above or drag and drop files into the drop zone. Select the files you want to merge using the Acrobat PDF combiner tool. Reorder the files if needed. Click Merge files. Sign in to download or share the merged file. You can organise the pages too.
Just go to File -> Preferences -> Documents -> and check “Always open files in a new window" or “Allow multiple instances” .
Inside Foxit PDF Editor, go to File > Create >Combine Files to open combine dialog box. Click on Add files button to choose one of options to select some files you want to combine them, click on Combine to do the task.
Open the document in Adobe Acrobat (Adobe Reader cannot edit PDFs). Within Acrobat, click on the Tools tab and select Prepare Form. Select a file or scan a document. Acrobat analyzes your document and adds form fields automatically.
