It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. I must say "PDF filler" is the best company I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. Such prompt courteous service when you have a question. If you call their phone # and have a wait, just leave your number. They will actually call you back ASAP the same day. Found that out with surprise!! Wanted to cancel my subscription. No problem she said. Got an email on that the very next day. The only reason I cancelled is the 4-page form I needed to type out is just once a year. Loved the selection of type styles and sizes. Made it a pleasure to fill in.

Document creation - used it for paper billing, in house forms, and staff checklists. Easy to create the document and implement
Alignment is sometimes different on the document than what prints. Can take a little trial and error to make it align perfectly.

Monthly expenses/costs can become a concern for small business budget. It will be greatly appreciated if these costs were waived for organizations providing resources to support consumers. We work with a United Stated Private Attorney General supporting consumer claims.

It is easy to use and upload your own forms as well. I like all the options for changing colors and sizes of the text and O/X . My only complaint is that the box that appears when you place anything kinda stays in your way when you are working.

Easy Cancellation
I don't usually need to fill a pdf but this one time I did. I was pleased that I got the free trial. I used it the one time and was able to cancel the next day.

I would like more New York templates available in the non-upgraded version. I would also appreciate different pricing options, I am disabled on a fixed income. Other than these two issues, I find pdfFiller useful.
