I originally subscribed to the website confused about how much the yearly subscription cost. I was able to cancel my subscription, get a refund and finish up working on my documents. I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

Excellent service and customer service! Disappointed however that the maximum number of pages allowable is 150. I'm working with much larger documents. The rest is great though.

I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

I am so happy I came across this app. Naturally I don't own a typewriter anymore and I do like to type forms instead of printing. So far, wonderful!

Filling PDF files for formal use
The product is very easy to use and intuitive, I didn't feel something was missing from my work with the application, in addition, it's global availability is a great advantage.
The product offer mainly online editing, which makes it hard in case you wish to work on the flight or just go offline, in addition, the free use is not exactly free as it asks for a payment prior the file conversion.

Used pdfFiller product during free trial period, met my needs with an important document that was needed to process timely application. Being retired, just do not need entire year of the service. If it were possible to drag and drop email addresses from my email to the pdf filler I believe it would be easier. I'm writing them down currently and then typing in the information.
